Steeplechasing is Official!

I have been working this morning on the INJC. You are now able to set your horses as steeplechasers, and they have their own tab, that shows the horses that are registered as steeplechasers. I have added a Type value. This is set to Flat Racing automatically so that you do not have to go in and set the type for every horse, simply edit your steeplechasing horses, and set their type to Steeplechaser. This should update your owner page, and the Steeplechasers tab.
